Warehouse Senior Supervisor

About your role

To manage and control warehouse ensuring smooth process flow from mpterial storage and issuance through production or customers

What You'll Do

  • Ensure proper handling of responsible goods receiving in the right quantity and condition.
  • Ensure finished goods deliver to customers are packed properly as requested quantity and in good condition.
  • Supervise and handle transportation arrangement for goods delivery to customers.
  • Monitor, control and improve inventory accuracy together with FIFO system.
  • Ensure that rejected, on – hold and obsolete items are separated and handling properly.
  • Prevent, minimize and solve problems , losses and/or abnormal happening in warehouse.
  • Ensure that concerned procedures and work instructions are updated.
  • Ensure that concerned procedures and work instructions are being followed and carried out properly
  • Plan and assign duty & responsibility to each subordinate to ensure that warehouse section has been operated efficiently
  • Update Assistant Manager-Warehouse all warehouse information and status at all time
  • Keep workplace clean, tidy, safely and properly operated at all time to be in line with GMP
  • Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related Field
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to make decisions and provide recommendations/resolutions
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Knowledge of inventory management, stock accuracy, and cycle counting processes
  • Understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
