About your role
To provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO by ensuring smooth management of daily operations, scheduling, and stakeholder communications, while also leading the planning and execution of finance team engagement activities to foster collaboration, motivation, and a high-performance culture across Thailand, Indochina, and Cluster Asia.
What You'll Do
Executive Support to CFO
- Manage CFO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time efficiency.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of CFO.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain strict discretion.
- Coordinate between CFO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
2. Financial Team Support & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between CFO and finance leadership team, ensuring smooth flow of information.
- Track action items from finance leadership meetings and follow through on progress updates.
- Support CFO in preparing for monthly performance reviews, management meetings, and board updates.
3. Finance Team Engagement
- Design and execute the finance team engagement plan, including activities to foster teamwork, learning, and recognition.
- Organize quarterly townhalls, workshops, offsites, and team-building activities.
- Manage communication channels for finance team updates, newsletters, and recognition programs.
4. Event & Project Coordination
- Coordinate finance department events such as team celebrations, training sessions, and recognition ceremonies.
- Support company activities as per CFO assigned.
- Ensure seamless logistics for finance leadership meetings. offsites and external stakeholder engagements.
- Manage expense claims, invoices, and budget tracking related to CFO office
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- 5–8 years of experience as Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
- Strong background in administrative support and event/engagement planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Experience working with finance or corporate functions is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Event planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
