We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our Sales team, managing On-The-Go (Route) accounts in the Wellington region, specifically covering Levin and Manawatū.

 

Supported by the Area Sales Manager, you’ll be a valued member of our team, responsible for nurturing relationships with OTG (Route) customers in your assigned territory.

 

Territory Managers are the driving force behind any successful Retail/FMCG business. You’ll be keen to understand who we are at Suntory Oceania, our products, and—just as importantly—what it means to be Gemba Focused. What does that mean? It’s about being out in the field, connecting with customers to understand their needs and how we can support their growth—and ours.

About You | Nō hea koe

  • A results-driven and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently in the field and a desire to grow your career in sales.
  • A strong work ethic, the ability to manage pressure and juggle multiple priorities, and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for working with great brands and great people.
  • Confidence in interpreting and analysing sales data to make informed decisions, support NPD growth, and build new customer relationships.
  • A full driver’s licence—you’ll be on the road in a tool-of-trade vehicle.
