Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver standout in-store execution and shopper activation.

Lead the execution of innovation launches, ensuring readiness across commercial, supply chain and marketing touchpoints.

Cross-Market Support

Drive marketing execution, innovation launches and strategy alignment in CEE markets (e.g. Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia), collaborating with local teams or licensees.

Share best practices and tools to raise executional standards across the region.

Identify gaps in performance and proactively co-create solutions with local and central teams.

Central Collaboration

Lead brand planning, MTP and AOP processes for your markets, ensuring alignment between central brand strategy and local market execution.

Provide local consumer and shopper insight to influence campaign and portfolio development.

Contribute to regional initiatives such as toolkit creation, agency management, and cross-market brand forums.

Act as project lead through stage-gate processes, liaising with R&D, finance, and commercial teams.

Ensure European brand strategy is fully localized for your markets, influencing central direction with market input.
