Sustainability Disclosure Reporting Manager

This is a 6 month FTC role
Are you ready to lead sustainability reporting for a dynamic and globally recognized organization? At Suntory, we’re looking for a driven individual to champion our sustainability disclosure frameworks (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, CRD (UK)) and support our ambitious Growing for Good sustainability plan. You’ll be an expert in disclosure reporting with hands-on experience in sustainability frameworks, financial or non-financial reporting, and audit processes. With cross-functional project management skills, you’ll thrive in our global organization spanning 80 territories while embracing our one-company mindset. You’ll join our passionate sustainability team, leveraging cutting-edge technology to showcase our progress toward our Growing for Good commitments.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure, ensuring compliance with mandated frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability Director to shape reporting roadmaps and integrate key insights, like double materiality assessments.
- Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data for mandatory and voluntary disclosures.
- Act as the main contact with our ESG reporting vendor, optimizing performance to meet goals.
- Conduct gap analyses and align sustainability performance indicators with reporting requirements.
- Oversee and manage internal and external disclosure audit processes in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the data collection for the annual SBFE sustainability report, engaging with internal teams and external agencies.
- Deliver training to internal teams across finance, supply chain, and sustainability functions to build ESG reporting skills.
- Develop and produce the monthly sustainability scorecard and bespoke reports for internal and external use.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Demonstrable experience in corporate sustainability reporting and disclosure
- In-depth knowledge of climate-related guidance, corporate risk reporting, and disclosure standards.
- Working knowledge of climate change policy and regulations within industries such as consumer goods.
- Expertise in audit processes and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a talent for building networks across borders.
