About your role
This Shopper Marketing Manager position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving brand growth through strategic retail partnerships. The role sits within a dynamic team focused on delivering impactful shopper campaigns, with a strong emphasis on creativity, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
You’ll lead the development and execution of shopper marketing plans across key retail accounts, working closely with sales, brand, and external partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, analysing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance shopper engagement. You’ll also be expected to contribute to the broader marketing strategy and support cross-functional initiatives that elevate the brand’s presence in-store and online.

What You need to be successful
To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong background in shopper or trade marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. A commercial mindset, creative flair, and a data-driven approach are essential, along with a proactive attitude and the confidence to lead campaigns from concept to execution. Experience in FMCG or retail environments will be highly beneficial.
