Senior Partnerships Manager - 9 MONTH FTC

ABOUT YOU

As our Senior Partnerships Manager, you will lead and manage Lucozade’s enviable portfolio of sponsorship relationships with rights holders and athletes – activation strategy, execution and contract negotiations are key. Working within the wider Lucozade brand team it will be crucial to support wider marketing campaign including the integration of sponsorship assets through social media and shopper marketing. You will have a passion and desire for generating the very highest standard of work and have an eagerness to learn new things, challenge the status quo and assert your own opinion, creativity, and energy.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

  • Own in-year activation planning and execution across football, running and athletes
  • Athlete contract renewal strategy
  • Lead contact for primary athlete and rights holder partnerships
  • Responsibility for sponsorship measurement & evaluation
  • Sports agency lead
  • Integration of sponsorship assets into social media
  • Support development of Assistant Partnerships Manager.

  • Significant and relevant professional experience within sports sponsorship activation
  • An understanding of FMCG and core brand marketing
  • Experience in negotiations
  • A proven record of managing rights holder relationships
  • Track record of consistently delivering brilliant results
  • Demonstrate growth mindset
  • Able to demonstrate ability to influence and impact people (internal and external).
