About the job

As a P&C Business Partner you will support the GBI Leadership team for teams based in Stockley Park (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, GRC, Procurement, IT) on strategic people priorities. You will support the deployment of our longer-term people strategy and be the connection across the market and regions to share best practices and support our ambition to build a One Suntory Culture.  

Support with people matters on Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, GRC, Procurement, IT 

  • Support the P&C Director with all people related matters ​and develop and deliver strategic HR programs and initiatives (e.g. change management)  
  • Collaborates with Center of Expertise and People Excellence team to implement and broker HR programs and initiatives 

Advice to Business leaders 

  • Preferred HR Point of Contact (POC) and partner for business leaders  

Employee Relations  

  • Provide support for escalated employee inquiries which are more complex and ask for higher levels of HR expertise 
  • Lead and manage complex ER cases 

 

Key projects for 2023 and beyond that you would get involved in  

  • Support on organisational design and organisational development across all functions to build a future fit organisation 
  • Support on the DE&I strategy and plans for our 2030 ambition 
  • Support on the engagement plans for GB&I and build solutions to develop in areas like workload & communications  
  • Be the change expert on all change programmes in the GB&I market.
