About your role

The purpose of this position is to Support and enable Suntory’s eCommerce growth by delivering accurate commercial execution and best-in-class digital shelf management across key customers.

 

What You'll Do

Deliver accurate and timely eCommerce account execution including price and promotion set-up, investment reconciliation, and maintenance of commercial and operational trackers such as EPOS, trade spend, A&P and availability.
Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with customer planning, presentations, performance reporting, forecasting inputs, and execution of promotional and activation plans.
Manage operational customer relationships in collaboration with KAMs.
Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain to resolve pricing, invoicing, availability and execution issues.
Own day-to-day accuracy, completeness and syndication of product information across platforms including Salsify, Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central and retailer product pages.
Identify and coordinate creation of enhanced product content and digital assets to optimize search visibility, shopper understanding and conversion.
Coordinate eCommerce readiness for new product development and product changes including master data and digital assets.
Monitor digital shelf performance using Data Impact platform, interpret results, identify insights and recommend actions to improve content compliance, availability, share of search, and ratings and reviews.
Track and resolve catalogue, content and listing issues to maintain high quality eCommerce execution.

What You need to be successful

Essential

Degree educated or equivalent with strong analytical capability and learning agility
Experience in commercial, eCommerce, digital, customer, data, operations or account support roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities accurately to deadlines
Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear actions
Strong Excel and systems capability with confidence to learn new platforms quickly
Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
Good organisational and project coordination skills
Commercial awareness of pricing, promotions, availability, content and digital execution impact

 

Desirable

Experience within FMCG, retail or eCommerce sectors
Familiarity with digital shelf measurement platforms such as Data Impact
Experience managing product information systems like Salsify, Brandbank, Amazon Vendor Central
