About your role
As the SBFE Head of Internal Communications and Engagement, you'll report to the SBFE Chief P&C Officer (CP&CO). Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing internal communication strategies that convey the company’s vision and priorities
- Ensuring messages are consistent and relevant across all levels of the organisation
- Collaborating closely with External Affairs and transformation teams to design cohesive communication plans
- Coaching executives and supporting leadership in best practices
- Utilizing communication platforms and tools effectively to have maximum impact
- Monitoring success by establishing and tracking KPIs
- Representing globally in internal communications projects
- Driving engagement through surveys and action plans
- Managing the internal communications team and delivering the communications agenda at BU level

Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or change management, partnering with C suite / CEOs to land strategic messaging.
- Proven leadership track record in global or multinational organizations
- Experience in engaging a global workforce across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of communication platforms and tools
- Relevant certifications in Internal Communications are a plus
- French, Spanish, Japanese languages are a plus
