About the job

The IT Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will be responsible for the overall delivery of IT technical services to the sites and market employees, including end user systems (computers, mobile phones), central equipment (non-centrally managed servers, site workplaces, IT relevant physical security), IT networks and connectivity (cabled networks, Wi-Fi). You will report into the Head of IT Infrastructure Services and Hosting for Europe. 
Service Delivery & End User Experience
    Responsible for IT Operations related to infrastructure locally managed (including maintenance, support, backups, upgrade etc…)
    Ensure that good service levels are delivered in the market by Regional Service Lines or external partner (Network, Hosting, End Users Support, End Users Computing, Fixed voice)
    Actively contribute, Support and possibly lead Improvement plans aiming at improving End User Experience and employee satisfaction
    Accountable for anticipating and planning any projects with Infra and CoE teams to keep environment secure, stable and supported
Asset Management (laptops, desktop, smartphone, displays, peripherals)
    Accountable for the provisioning of IT Assets as per recommendation from End User Computing  (EUC) Team (agreed devices catalogue) and IT procurement
    Following up on stock level  with Managed Services partner to prevent any stock shortage
    Controlling asset recovery compliance and taking action in case of deviation
Budget Management
    Manage local spends related to technical services (computer lease, small HW, network, hosting, mobile, small HW) following guidelines from infrastructure team
    Contribute on MTP exercise every year for budget definition.
Project Delivery
    Accountable to lead projects related to infrastructure in market as per agreed methodology and following SBFE regional technical guidelines. design and with the support of regional teams 
    Supporting the technical requirements gathering efforts in order to define the over IT infrastructure design
    Create purchase orders of equipment and services, oversee delivery, and view and confirm invoices
Risk Management/Compliance
    Accountable of raising any identified risks to the Market Risk Manager
    Accountable of mitigating any risks identified or reported by internal or external audits and related to local infrastructure (network, hosting)
    Planning and leading the execution of failover tests re local infrastructure (network, hosting)

What do you bring to the table

  • Computer science background and good understanding of IT infrastructures landscape (IT networks, operating systems, telecom, hosting)
  • Knowledge of systems and network management (Active Directory, Windows Server, network environment (preferably Cisco) ,  TCP/IP networks, mobile telephony)
  • Customer service mindset 
  • Great track record of IT project management
  • Business savvy who can prioritise key projects 
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration and able to work with global teams
  • People leader who can inspire team 
  • Great communication and influencing skills at all level of organization 
  • Strong organizational awareness, ability to work across matrix organization
