About your role

You will lead how GB&I designs, prioritises and executes channel strategy, route to market models, and digital transformation to unlock sustainable, profitable growth.

Define where to play and how to win across channels using data led segmentation, attractiveness logic and ROI principles.

Shapes customer and channel strategies that integrate category, RGM, shopper and commercial priorities.

Leads the GB&I RTM strategy, strengthening distribution models, improving cost to serve and elevating execution standards.

Drives the transformation of field execution and distributor performance through digital tools, analytics and automation.

Acts as the cross functional integrator between Sales, Marketing, RGM, BI, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure a single, coherent commercial plan.

Builds the organisational capability required to execute with excellence across channels, customers and the entire RTM system.

What You need to be successful

Extensive experience in FMCG/beverages with multi-channel or commercial planning experience

International experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field

Strategic and commercial expertise across channel strategy, RTM and transformation.

Experience developing segmentation frameworks, investment models and execution standards.

Strong analytical, datadriven mindset with ability to diagnose performance and drive action.

Proven leadership managing complex stakeholder groups and leading change.

Deep understanding of SFA/DMS systems, digital tools and performance analytics.
