About your role

As Head of our Internal Control team you will help to safeguard SBFE by minimizing risks and protecting assets, ensuring accuracy of records, promoting operational efficiency and encouraging adherence to policies, rules, regulations, ISOX and laws.​ You will implement best in class Internal Control frameworks leveraging digitalization, developing an internal control community to ensure a sustainable framework implementation and ensure controls are fully owned and monitored.  As our Head of Internal Control GB&I you will be a member of the SBFE Internal Control Leadership Team as well as a member of the GB&I Finance Leadership Team and the GB&I extended Leadership team.

What You'll Do

Internal Control Business Partner for GB&I operations

Internal control architect and Compliance lead for GB&I

Contribute to other GRCL activities in GB&I (as required)

Manage 1 direct report

What You need to be successful

Master’s degree in finance or business administration with solid experience ideally in an international environment. Audit and finance experiences preferred, FMCG a plus.

Expertise in internal control concepts and experience in applying them in various business areas / functions

Proven record in implementing state of the art internal control IT solutions and automations to reduce manual controls, driving efficiencies. Alternatively experience as an IT auditor.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
