About your role
The purpose of this position is: To drive revenue growth and execution excellence by leading, coordinating, and optimizing the performance of our external field sales team, ensuring alignment between sales strategy, key account negotiations, and in-market execution while maintaining strong customer relationships and high operational standards.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the external field sales team and merchandising department to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Coordinate and optimize sales execution, routes & territory coverage across multiple subchannels including grocery, symbols, and independent retailers.
Negotiate and implement contracts with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure alignment between sales strategy, key account management negotiations, and in-market execution.
Maintain and strengthen strong customer relationships to support sustainable revenue growth.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales team performance and operational standards.
Develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing and trade teams.
Balancing diverse subchannel requirements and managing delivery of contracts with third-party vendors.
Aligning sales strategy with key account negotiations and field execution across a geographically dispersed team.
Driving team performance and motivation in a competitive and dynamic market environment.
Ensuring high operational standards while managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
Adapting to evolving customer needs and market conditions while maintaining revenue growth targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

What You need to be successful
Essential
Proven experience in sales leadership within FMCG or related sectors
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing third-party vendor contracts
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams to achieve targets
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with ability to align strategy and execution
Desirable
Experience working with multiple retail subchannels and third-party vendors
Knowledge of the beverage industry and market dynamics
Familiarity with CRM and sales performance management tools
Experience in contract negotiation and implementation
