About your role
As our FP&A Manager, GB&I you will be responsible for owning and managing the day-to-day flow of FP&A processes across financial planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting for the GB&I business.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A GB&I, the role ensures the effective operation of all FP&A cycles, providing high-quality analysis, insight and recommendations to support decision-making. The role manages one FP&A Analyst and plays a key role in driving transformation, automation and standardisation across FP&A.
What You'll Do
Lead financial result consolidation for GB&I, providing clear insight into drivers of results, risks and opportunities. Independently assessing financial issues and developing recommendations and proposals for inclusion through the IBP process. Whilst supporting the improvement of quality insights though from others though the cycle.
Act as a lead finance contributor within GB&I IBP, Flash Forecast, Rolling Forecast, AOP and MTP process delivering robust variance analysis, ensuring outputs are accurate, understood and action oriented.
Challenge assumptions, test logic and build a clear understanding of forecast and performance outcomes. Identifying where additional detail or deeper analysis is required to support effective decision-making.
Support with the delivery of financial results through disciplined P&L management and early identification of risks and opportunities.
Line manage one FP&A Analyst, with accountability for performance, development and delivery standards.
Own GB&I FP&A deliverables for monthly reporting and SBFE submissions (Actuals, Flash, Rolling Forecast, MBR).
Act as a key GB&I FP&A interface with SBFE
Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality and clarity of inputs and insights.
Lead preparation of monthly reporting packs, town halls and senior management presentations.
Ensure consistency, accuracy and a single source of truth across FP&A outputs and systems.
Act as a lead GB&I FP&A contributor to Project Fusion for FP&A-specific topics. Ensuring data integrity and validity between legacy and future-state systems.
Contribute to the implementation of future-state FP&A processes to ensure they are scalable, efficient and value-adding.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives linked to FP&A, including driving efficiency, standardisation and enhanced data visibility through automation, reporting development and enhancement. Reducing manual effort and improve scalability.

What You need to be successful
Essential
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
Strong FP&A experience with P&L exposure
Experience operating in a complex, matrix or regional organisation
Strong financial systems understanding (e.g. SAP, HFM, SAC or equivalent)
Desirable
Experience supporting finance transformation or system change initiatives
Experience in report development using Power BI
