About your role

The purpose of this role is to support key daily activities and transformational change across the Commercial Finance team.

A core focus of the role is to support the business in ensuring TPx remains stable, issues are resolved in a timely manner and continuous improvement initiatives are being implemented.

The role supports the continuous improvement agenda for Commercial Finance, identifying and delivering opportunities to simplify, automate and strengthen systems, processes and revenue governance controls (JSOX). It plays a key role in major cross-functional programmes (e.g. Fusion, TPx) and to support the Senior Manager with critical business projects where required.

The role also supports the maintenance of strong Commercial Finance governance and control as systems, processes and ways of working evolve.

What You'll Do

Finance Transformation & Systems

Work closely with IT to ensure data models, hierarchies and systems are maintained and enable effective reporting, forecasting (IBP), budgeting and scenario planning

Partner with RGM to support NPD pricing & CPI set up in SAP & TPx

Manage Master Data requests for Customer & Product set up using Syniti Tool

Support the continuous improvement agenda across Commercial Finance systems,

processes and interfaces, delivering measurable reductions in manual effort, improved data quality and enhanced insight

Support the identification and implementation of automation, digitalisation and AI-enabled solutions to allow teams to focus on value-add activities

 

Business Partnering

Lead TPx enhancement projects ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and the system changes deliver against the business need

Oversee TPx regression testing with TPx Sales Lead, ensuring issues are flagged and resolved before deployment

Support Senior Manager where required on major enterprise initiatives & projects

Partner with RGM and Commercial teams to support G2N realisation, pricing effectiveness, JBP tracking and investment performance

Support Month End Close activities as required

 

Revenue Governance, Controls & Compliance

Support the design and effectiveness of revenue governance controls to ensure full JSOX compliance when managing changes to systems and processes

Support the annual testing for the pricing JSOX control (ITGC)

 

 

Capability Building & Continuous Improvement

Lead change management to ensure adoption of new systems and processes across the GB business (e.g. Fusion & TPx)

Support capability building across Sales and Finance by improving understanding and effective use of TPx modules including reporting

What You need to be successful

Qualified accountant with strong financial acumen.

Experience working within cross-functional teams and supporting commercial decision-making

Solid systems capability, including SAP/BI and Excel (SAC, Kantar XTEL advantageous but not essential).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear messages.

Proven ability to build effective working relationships and influence without direct authority

Resilient, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
