About your role
The role of the Chilled Solutions Manager is an important role that defines, builds, and executes our chilled solutions strategy. Within this, the role is specifically focused on two core elements; Being Future Fit & managing our operational targets to achieve financial KPIs.
Within Future Fit, the Chilled Solutions Manager is accountable for designing, aligning & executing solutions that ensure our equipment offering is compliant to industry standard, meets the needs of our Retail partners and drives the right level of innovation to meet changing consumer habits.
To support this, the Chilled Solutions Manager will play a role in maximising equipment efficiency; via sourcing and negotiating chiller tech to improve data collection & make our equipment more efficient.
The Chilled Solutions Manager will also be fully accountable for our Operational KPI’s, working with the wider equipment team they are responsible for managing, course correcting and aligning all stakeholders to the management of our Equipment Capex & Opex, to achieve business KPIs. The Chilled Solutions manager must work with the wider equipment team to ensure we come in on budget.
To support this, the Chilled Solutions manager plays a fundamental role in the management of our 3rd party suppliers; holding them to account and always on the look out for efficient ways to work together.
What You'll Do
Keep close to the Gemba, with particular focus on channel activity and industry equipment development
Use data analysis, market insight and channel priorities to understand where the best opportunities lie for Suntory Chilled Equipment for the next 10 years
Ensure creative plans are in place to meet future industry legislation, always demonstrating an open minded, Gemba approach
Lead the agenda with key stakeholders to deliver on these opportunities
Clearly defined & aligned plans in place to deliver connect chillers to drive greater data collection
Support the wider Equipment team by Extend connected chiller tech and embed the use of the data & insights, enabling improved viability across the Equipment Estate.
Management of Opex & Capex budgets to target, to support delivery of Equipment NSV
Utilising internal & external insights; work with key stakeholders to agree future budget requirements to deliver on the Chilled Solutions offering, via the AOP & MTP internal processes.
Maintain KPI tracking & scorecards. Create and deliver course correction plans (if needed) to ensure goal deliver
