About your role

As Brand Manager for Lucozade within the Core Brand Execution team, you’ll be stepping into a pivotal role at the heart of one of the UK’s most iconic Sports & Energy drink brands. Lucozade has a long-standing legacy and a powerful presence in the market, backed by high-profile partnerships with Liverpool FC, Jude Bellingham, Anthony Joshua, and the England football teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with a sizeable annual budget and a brand that thrives on innovation, creativity, and bold thinking. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business within Suntory, where your ideas and energy will help shape the future of a brand loved by millions.

What You'll Do

You’ll be responsible for executing in-year brand plans across key consumer touchpoints, including media, social, sponsorships, and shopper marketing. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to bring new product innovations and renovations to market, while delivering campaigns that support priority initiatives and drive commercial growth. Your role will involve analysing consumer data and insights to guide decision-making and measure performance, managing agency relationships to deliver creative and insight-led brand plans, and working closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs and translate them into powerful activation strategies. You’ll also play a key role in internal stakeholder engagement, helping to align teams behind the brand’s annual growth plans.
