About your role
Lucozade is the leading Sports & Energy drink in the UK with a long and established portfolio of products and enviable set of partnerships, athletes, influencers including Xbox, Anthony Joshua and England football teams. With a sizeable annual marketing budget and a proven track record of market leading innovation and communication, it is an iconic brand that deserves the very best work and talent.
As a BM for Lucozade, you will need to operate in a high-profile role, helping to create and deliver market leading campaigns and products as we look to build our future as an energy brand that fits in with evolving consumer trends. You will lead, develop and unlock your potential on a variety of projects, covering a range of core marketing disciplines, including ATL and BTL comms, innovation, packaging, and commercial initiatives.

This role will report into the Lucozade Marketing Manager and be responsible for multiple initiatives to ensure delivery of our ambitious growth plan. You will need to have a passion for brand, proven track record of delivering results and an ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Building the future portfolio and engaging the business
Lead & develop specific projects that are within the annual commercial plan
Lead a cross functional team to launch and manage specific innovation and renovation (including liquid and packaging) projects for the brand
Drive the brand P&L to deliver against challenging yet exciting financial growth objectives
Lead communications campaigns to support initiatives that are key to delivery of the yearly brand plan
A key role in supporting the team with generating data analysis and insight across multiple sources internally and externally
Manage our key external agencies to help create and build our plans
Work with the Sales function to identify customer needs and opportunities and build an exceptional activation platform
