About Your Role
Few brands can truly say they’ve stood the test of time and still hold a place in millions of UK households. Ribena is one of them. From its origins as a vital source of Vitamin C during WWII to its place today as a staple in people’s homes across the UK, Ribena is more than a brand – it’s a cultural icon.

This isn’t just any Brand Manager role. You’ll be joining a high-performing marketing team that has the autonomy to drive both the strategic direction and the in-year execution. More specifically, you will be part of a team of 5 passionate marketers on an exciting journey to transform this brand. These roles have high levels of responsibility and will directly influence the performance of the brand.
What You'll Do
You will report to the SBM (Senior Brand Manager) and lead key elements of our brand-building agenda. This could include:
Core Brand Innovation: Support SBM on our high-profile Core Brand Innovation strategy, blending deep consumer insight with commercial strategy and operational feasibility.
3-Year NPD / Innovation Pipeline: Build and lead long-term innovation roadmap. You’ll turn trends and insights into tangible NPD opportunities that delight consumers and deliver incremental value.
Brand Stewardship: Own the packaging visual identity for any new launches/NPDs, ensuring every pack proudly reflects our brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking: Own the performance deep dive for one of our key segments (Squash, RTD or Lunchbox). You will spot risks, unlock opportunities and steer strategy with clear recommendations.
Project management – You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the brand. This will include delivering the rigour of gatekeeping documents, leading project team meetings, connecting dots on the P&L, aligning stakeholders etc
Internal Engagement: Be Ribena’s champion across the business, from sales to supply chain. You will build belief, inspire passion and drive alignment behind our brand ambitions.
Brand Management Contributor: Collaborate closely with the broader Ribena brand team, contributing to broader projects as required, and playing your part in a strong, supportive team unit

You’re a passionate brand builder, strategic thinker and creative problem-solver. You love consumer brands and get a buzz from working on something you care about. Whilst you enjoy thinking big picture, you’re also ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into a wide variety of projects to help drive a much-loved brand into its next era. Rigour, attention to detail and high executional standards are in your DNA.
Strong Brand Management Fundamentals: You know marketing principles inside and out and can use them to make sharp and strategic recommendations.
Excellent Project Management Skills: You have proven experience delivering complex cross-functional projects – from insight to execution and help wider cross functional teams input at the right times on the journey. You are able to think through projects with different lenses – customer/retailer, seikatsusha, product, brand, P&L etc.
Insights & Critical Thinking: You transform data into insights. You connect the dots, challenge assumptions and simplify complexity.
Great Communication & Interpersonal Skils: You’re a compelling communicator who can influence at every level. You are able to hold yourself and others accountable for delivery and go above and beyond to build strong teams with trusted relationships. You know how to inspire and galvanise cross-functional teams towards a shared goal.
Marketing Comms Experience: You have experience crafting briefs, inspiring and managing agencies and bringing integrated (ATL/BTL) campaigns to life.
Growth Mindset: You’re always learning, open to feedback and excited by personal and professional growth.
