About your role
As a Brand Activation Manager at Suntory GB&I, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our shopper marketing campaigns to life. This strategic, non-customer-facing role is pivotal in ensuring our customer-facing teams are equipped with best-in-class tools, insights, and materials to deliver exceptional brand experiences in the market. You’ll lead the internal deployment of campaigns, ensuring consistency, simplicity, and commercial impact across the business.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead the creative development and management of shopper marketing campaigns across our drinks portfolio. You will be responsible for building strategic, customer-centric execution toolkits and managing the internal processes that support campaign delivery. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end execution of shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring that all elements are aligned with commercial cycles and brand strategies. You will also lead the tracking and evaluation of each campaign, maintaining a master scorecard and using insights to inform future activations. A key part of your responsibilities will be to develop a robust brand communication platform that enables the sales function with high-quality, externally facing content. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, category, customer strategy and planning teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure seamless execution and alignment across the business.
