About your role

As Assistant Brand Manager for Lucozade, you will work on one of the UK’s most iconic Sports and Energy drink brands, known for its strong heritage, bold innovation, and high‑profile partnerships across sport and culture. Based in Uxbridge, this is a high‑visibility role within a fast‑moving and ambitious marketing team, offering broad exposure across brand building, innovation, and activation. You will support the delivery of best‑in‑class marketing campaigns and products as Lucozade continues to evolve in line with changing consumer needs and trends, while developing your skills across multiple marketing disciplines within a leading FMCG business

What You'll Do

In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand campaigns, helping to translate the overall brand vision into effective activation and content across multiple touchpoints. You will contribute to go‑to‑market plans for innovation and pack and price initiatives, while supporting the management and tracking of the Lucozade brand budget. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across channels, including digital platforms. You will also analyse market trends, consumer and shopper insights, and performance data to track KPIs and support informed decision‑making across the brand team

What's in it for you

This role offers the opportunity to build your marketing career on a truly iconic brand with a strong innovation pipeline and ambitious growth agenda. You will gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, from campaign execution and innovation launches to data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. Working within a supportive and high‑performing marketing community, you will be encouraged to learn, challenge the status quo, and develop your creative and commercial thinking. The role provides strong exposure to senior brand leaders and cross‑functional teams, helping you build a solid foundation for future career progression within Suntory

What You need to be successful

To be successful in this role, you will bring relevant professional experience, ideally within FMCG, along with a strong passion for brands, marketing, and consumer behaviour. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and project management capabilities, and a sharp attention to detail. A results‑driven mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and challenge ideas are essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation and manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment. An understanding of the UK grocery and impulse markets, combined with commercial awareness and a growth mindset, will help you thrive and make an impact in this role.
