About your role
This is your chance to work on one of the UK’s most iconic and beloved brands—Ribena. With a rich portfolio that spans juice drinks, squash, and now carbonated soft drinks, Ribena is entering an exciting new chapter. You’ll be part of a transformation that brings fresh innovation and a bold new brand idea to life.
As the Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play a high-profile role in shaping the future of Ribena. You’ll help deliver market-leading campaigns and products that align with evolving consumer trends, especially as Ribena explores its place in the energy drink space. You’ll work across a variety of marketing disciplines—from ATL media and communications to innovation, packaging, PR, and digital.
This role is a FTC of 1 year
What You'll Do
You will support the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Manager in developing brand campaigns and translating the campaign vision into activation and content across multiple marketing touchpoints. You will help implement go-to-market strategies for innovation and pricing initiatives. You’ll take ownership of managing the Ribena budget, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with key stakeholders.
You will lead specific parts of the Ribena portfolio, such as flavours or formats, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. You’ll help develop optimized liquids, packaging, and formats that drive brand penetration. You’ll also generate insights and data analysis from multiple internal and external sources, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver digital and social content.

What You need to be successful
You’ll bring relevant professional experience, ideally within the FMCG sector, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll have a proven track record of delivering excellent results and a passion for brand building.
Your ability to manage projects and stay organized will be essential. You’ll be focused on execution and delivery, with great attention to detail. Experience in brand activation and product or communications development will help you thrive in this role.
You’ll need to be commercially savvy, with a proactive approach to working in a matrix organization. Your understanding of the UK grocery and impulse markets, combined with a growth mindset and curiosity about consumer and shopper behavior, will set you apart. You’ll be comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, and ready to make a real impact.
