Account Manager
YOU
As our KAM/NAM you will be responsible for delivering results within your customer(s) across key Suntory KPIs. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the market and your customer through Gemba and relationship building with your customer. You will execute Suntory brand activation to a high level. You will influence and communicate opportunities to the wider Suntory business
YOUR ROLE
- Build long term and collaborative relationships with the customers
- Responsible for Forecast and Trade Spend within the Account.
- Manage the account P&L with in-depth monthly reviews
- Planning and executing activation on Ribena and Lucozade Brands to ensure brands are in right place at the right time
- Using a Yatte Minahare spirit and unlocking opportunities for Suntory
- Being out in the Gemba and fully understanding your customer and the wider market
- Developing yourself through online courses, training and 121 focus.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree preferred but all bright sparks are welcome!
- Experience of Managing an Account (FMCG experience preferred)
- Financially literate
- Strong Microsoft Office Technical ability
- Management of P&L experience prefered
- Learning agility and ability to embrace change
- Strong interpersonal skills
