- Responsible for execution of ITM, calendar/monthly trade activities & TT channel development calendar (TT channel MWBs) at their location to maximize awareness (in terms of availability, visibility, stock weight…) & productivity of Suntory PepsiCo’s brands across sub-channels (On vs Off, urban vs rural, wholesales vs retailers…).
- Propose local activities to address/capture all customized local insights to help the local sales team in achieving local objectives
- Deploy & follow up all local activities (Trade fairs, Festivals…).
- Co-operate with other functional teams (Sales team, SO, Compliance team, Trade Marketing Development…) to drive & ensure execution on the field at their location.
Key Responsibility
'- Drive effectiveness of execution (monitoring, tracking, payment):
+ Implement all execution & manage budget of all ITM & TT Channel programs (owner of allocation down to Channel/ Distributor/ SS/ route, DCR..)
+ Deployment all monthly activities to Sale frontline down to DCR level. (monthly DCR web-bex, monthly sale sup meeting….)
+ Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly tracking, monitoring all monthly activities.
+ Make all payment to customers/ distributors OTIF of all monthly trade activities.
- Deployment visibility OTIF by AOP plan & by campaign
- Deploy & follow of all local activities ( Trade fair, Festival,..)
- Provide data & propose local activities to address/ capture all customize local insights to help local sale team in achieving local objectives
- Collect all feedback (Sales/market) and provide analysis on the results as well as recommendations going forward.
- Provide customer insight/ local competitor information to Trade team & SDs.
- Get support in cross-functional alignment activities; efficiently work with other parties (external & internal)
- Coordinate with the Sales team to organize Trade events (Product launching; DCR or Customer conference).
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements:
University degree in any disciplines.
- At least 02 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
- Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.
- Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights."
- Good communication, influencing.
- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
