- Transfer & excellent execution CSD/ED/Hydration/ED/Hydration Category Strategy including POSM / TOT, Promotion & NPD/PPA Calendar into Monthly Activites across Location & TT Channel
- Monitor effective budget designed by ComEx
What You'll Do
CSD/ED/Hydration Trade Marketing Development in South & Central for TT
CSD/ED/Hydration act as the most critical category in SPVB & VNBU's LRBs. The owner of this category need to have senior level on deep & complex analysis; excellent managing the highly density calendar in NPA/PPA Traffic, Thematic Campaign & Category Initiatives across wide channels with different touchpoints; quick & sharp thinking to propose reactions to ensure SPVB performance vs. strong competitors & market dynamics
- Closely work with CSD/ED/Hydration Category Strategy including POSM/TOT, Promotion & Activities calendar and build-up detailed monthly trade scheme and actions as budget allocation by Location
- Build up detailed execution for TT after receipt of Launch plan of NPD, PPA, Category Initiative, Thematic campaigns from Category Strategy team to ensure best in class execution, monitor launch plan and update progress to Cate Strategy as required
- Ensure the execution and operation of AOP / NPD & PPA Launching Plan of CSD/ED/Hydration by buidling the Monthly Activities Calendar and close monitoring to identify the GAP & propose the action plans to capture the local insights and to maximize the volume / value achievement
- Develop wining plan to drive CSD/ED/Hydration Category & Sub-category Growth Sustainably to fully deliver Monthly Sales & Trade Target
- Effectively Cascade TT OFF / ON Monthly Promotion & Category Initiatives to TMKT Ops for CSD/ED/Hydration Brand via Promotion & Execution Guideline
- Effectively communicate all plans (monthly promotion, BTL plan) to field sales down to DCR levels
- Monitor & update the progress of Category Activites weekly / monthly & have timely correction with ComEx (if any)
- Closely follow the competitor action by collecting / validating list-to-net price & Category Initiatives, to propose counter-plan to ensure the winning trade plan with ComEx
- Closely work with Sales team to get feedback & correction with ComEx evaluation
- Co-work with TMKT Operations on building the concept & ensure the Successful Sales & Customer Engagement Event
- Monitor efectively budget designed by Category Strategy (any action break the threashold should be discussed by 2 Head of Function)

What You need to be successful
- University degree
- At least 04 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
- Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.
- Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights.
- Good communication, influencing.
- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
- Competent English
