You feel comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and know how to prioritise effectively. You bring clarity, focus and a pragmatic mindset, supported by a collaborative leadership team around you. 

You’re confident making decisions when needed — always keeping quality and food safety at the centre — and you engage naturally with stakeholders at all levels, from production teams to senior leadership. 

Living within commuting distance of Toledo, you’re fluent in both Spanish and English and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the site, from production teams to senior leadership. 

Most importantly, you’re someone who sets the tone: you lead by example, bring energy to your team, and create an environment where quality and food safety are genuinely lived, not just documented 

What You'll Do

• You will take full ownership of the Quality, Technical and Food Safety agenda for our Toledo site, playing a key role in both operational excellence and long-term business performance. 
• You’ll lead and develop the local quality team, ensuring strong systems and processes are in place and continuously improving ways of working. From managing audits and ensuring compliance with standards such as FSSC 22000, to driving root cause analysis and preventing future risks, you’ll be at the heart of safeguarding product quality and consumer trust.  
• You’ll work closely with the site leadership team, influencing key decisions and helping to embed a strong quality culture across the manufacturing and supply chain. 
• Alongside this, you’ll manage budgets, lead improvement and capital projects, and support new product introductions, ensuring quality and food safety principles are fully integrated at every stage.  
• This is a visible role where you’ll represent the site internally and externally, while driving performance, engagement and continuous improvement across your team.

What You need to be successful

• You bring a solid background in quality or technical roles within the FMCG sector, ideally in food or beverage manufacturing, with solid leadership experience.  
• You have strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality systems and auditing processes, along with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions for different audiences.  
• You’re an experienced people leader who knows how to build, develop and engage high-performing teams while driving results and accountability.  
• You’re confident working in a complex, fast-moving environment, using data and insight to make decisions and continuously improve performance.  
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and you are based within commuting distance of Toledo.
