About the role
As a Continuous Improvement Technician, you will report to our Toledo's SMW TPM Manager.
You will actively contribute to the operational excellence results, working with plant's teams on their results, helping them to be more performer, with your continuous improvement tools' kwnoledges.
Your analytical work will help you to take decisions about areas that need to improve their performance.
You will focus your time:
- 50% of your time on the gemba, creating value on the production lines area.
- 15% of your time giving support to the Minikaizen and Kaizen's teams.
- 15% of your time training people about new ways of working, etc
- 10% of your time working on the tools'improvement.
- The rest of your time will be dedicated in your competences development in terms on the SMW-TPM pilars.

- Communication: the role transversality will make you speak with the whole team plant and so make you have an effective communication.
- Analytical: part of your role will be to analyse datas and propose work areas that are more profitable.
- Continuous improvement : you will consolidate your technical skills within the continuous improvement area and within SMW/TPM tools and contribute on its objectives.
What I need to succeed on the role
- Industrial Engineering degree or similar.
- Strong Office tools knowledges such as in Excel, power point, power pivot.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledges.
- Languages: upper intermediate English level
