About your role
我們正在尋找一位具備策略思維與領導力的資深通路經理,負責台灣地區量販通路及全聯通路的營運管理。此職位在推動商業卓越、優化通路策略及建立關鍵合作夥伴關係方面扮演重要角色。理想人選需具備豐富的快速消費品(FMCG)產業經驗,並對業績成果充滿熱情。
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Channel Manager (Hyper) to lead our hypermarket & PX Mart channel operations in Taiwan. This role is pivotal in driving commercial excellence, optimizing trade strategies, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape and a passion for delivering results.
What You'll Do
1. 策略領導: 制定並執行通路策略與商業計畫,達成指定量販通路的銷售與獲利目標。
2. 銷售規劃: 參與制定符合三得利願景、使命與長期目標的銷售策略。
3. 資源管理: 有效管理銷售資源,最大化投資報酬率與通路績效。
4. 執行力提升: 確保提供必要工具與能力,達成卓越的銷售執行與店頭展現。
5. 通路協調: 主導解決潛在通路衝突的方案開發,確保營運順暢。
6. 團隊發展: 激勵、培養並留任關鍵客戶(KA)團隊成員,依據公司政策與成長目標推動人才發展。
7. 關係建立: 與多層級的關鍵利害關係人建立並維持良好合作關係,促進長期夥伴關係。
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement trade strategies and commercial plans to achieve sales and profitability targets across designated hypermarket accounts.
2. Sales Planning: Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies that align with Suntory’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
3. Resource Optimization: Manage sales resources effectively to maximize ROI and channel performance.
4. Execution Excellence: Ensure the delivery of tools and capabilities that enable outstanding sales execution and in-store presence.
5. Conflict Resolution: Lead solution development initiatives to address potential channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
6. Team Development: Inspire, develop, and retain Key Account (KA) team members in accordance with company policies and growth objectives.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
What You need to be successful
1. 相關領域學士學位,碩士學位尤佳,或具備同等經驗者亦可。
2. 至少 10 年快速消費品產業銷售經驗,具備通路管理的成功實績。
3. 熟悉 Microsoft Office,尤其是 PowerPoint、Word 與 Excel,能製作高階簡報並進行深入分析。
4. 具備優秀的口語與書面溝通能力,英文能力佳。
5. 思維敏捷、分析力強、資源運用靈活且具創造力。
6. 以績效與成果為導向,具備強烈的目標達成意識。
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record in channel management.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; capable of creating senior-level presentations and conducting detailed analysis.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong command of English.
5. Intellectually alert, highly analytical, resourceful, and creative.
6. Strong performance orientation with a focus on delivering measurable results.
