About your role

Responsible for the delivery through others of the Channel Relationships that enables the development and
maximization of distribution, volume sales, revenue, and profitability within agreed trade budgets

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and accelerate growth. He/ She is responsible for achieving assigned sales and profitability in designated accounts.
  2. Ensuring clarity of team and individual’s performance, goals and KPIs
  3. Utilize market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  4. Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  5. Implement strategies to drive revenue and increase business growth.
  6. Implement new sales strategies and ensure departments follow industry’s best practices
  7. Lead the team to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  8. Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  9. Review existing contracts and make recommendations on commerciality.
  10. Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management as requested.
  11. Oversee the delivery of tools & capabilities required for excellent sales execution.
  12. Lead solution development efforts that address the potential channel conflict issues.
  13. Building and managing good relationship on multiple levels with key stakeholders.
  14. Recruitment and onboarding of new team members, and ongoing coaching and training for all team members

What You need to be successful


1. Fluent in English both written and verbal. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Entrepreneurial / Owners’ mindset
3. Degree in related field, advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered.
4. MS office: Advanced Power Point, Word and Excel- ability to build senior level presentations and analyst skills.
5. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
