Job Summary

This position responsible for the delivery through others of the Channel Relationships that enables the development and maximization of distribution, volume sales, revenue, and profitability within agreed trade budgets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement trade strategies and commercial plan. He/ She is responsible for achieving assigned sales and profitability in designated accounts.
  2. Participate in the sales strategy and plan making that meets the company’s mission, vision and long- term goals
  3. Manage sales resources to maximize return on investment.
  4. Oversee the delivery of tools & capabilities required for excellent sales execution.
  5. Lead solution development efforts that address the potential channel conflict issues.
  6. Develop, inspire and retain KA team staff according to company procedures.
  7. Building and managing good relationship on multiple levels with key stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  1. Familiar with MS office: Advanced Power Point, Word and Excel- ability to build senior level presentations and analyst skills.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English.
  3. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.

Education

Bachelors in Business Administration
