Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand and product marketing for assigned category.
- Responsible for assigned project by working with internal/external parties.
- Budgeting, annual marketing plan and marketing calendar, holistic communication programs and execution.
- Responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring product strategic planning and marketing communications to enhance market positioning.
- Communication and campaign planning & execution, P&L management, A&P plan and control, analysis & presentation skill.
- Familiar with number analysis and can deep-dive for root course with implication; understanding of health supplement/FMCG industry environment.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above with 5-8 years working experience, FMCG marketing experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and planning with data driven analytic skills.
- New product launch experience is a plus.
- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
- Positive and problem-solving attitude and is able to work under high pressure.
- Project Management skills i.e. Multi-tasking, Project Implementation, Monitoring & tracking.
- Teamwork / Communication / Relationship building skills i.e. Influence, Cross-functional teaming, Coalition building, Mutual Trust.
- Strong sense of commitment and dedication, with sense of urgency to get things done and results-driven attitude.
- Fluent in English is a must.
