About your role
Deliver insights that drive value and support Suntory Health Enrichment business growth across both North and South Clusters.You will be responsible for leading consumer-centric research, managing category dashboards, and developing KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
Scope:
North Cluster (Taiwan / Hong Kong)
South Cluster (Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia / other markets)
What You'll Do
- Partner with market measurement research agencies (e.g., Brand Health Tracking, Panel Data, NIQ, Consumer Media View) to ensure high-quality data and timely reporting for fact-based business tracking.
- Integrate multiple data sources to generate actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with research agencies to maximize business value.
- Publish monthly market reports and dashboards with key trends and commentary; evaluate category and brand performance against market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for management.
- Provide issue-based analysis to support the Category team in identifying risks and opportunities for brands and categories.
- Drive data consolidation and standardization efforts to enable impactful reporting and scorecard design.
- Support new product initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches.
- Engage closely with consumers to gain deep understanding of their lifestyles and behaviors.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer market research, business intelligence, or analytics within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in leading research projects and managing external agencies.
- Familiarity with syndicated services such as NIQ, Panel Data, and Brand Health Tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Energetic, results-driven, adaptable, and proactive in a dynamic environment.
