About your role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful partnerships? Join our dynamic Taiwan team as a Key Account Manager and take the lead in driving growth and excellence across our key accounts in the North Region.
What You'll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial success. Your mission will be to:

- Shape and execute sales strategies aligned with Suntory’s long-term vision.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing trade budgets effectively.
- Negotiate trade terms to maximize brand investment and visibility.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Drive adoption of company programs with trade partners.
- Lead solutions to resolve channel conflicts and unlock new opportunities.
What You need to be successful
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- A strong sense of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with a sharp eye for data and numbers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A proven track record of successful selling and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
