Manager, Commercial Finance (FP&A)

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial planning and P&L management, support month-end closing, and partner with the commercial team for assigned brands and channels to provide financial analysis and simulations for decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting and Planning
- Support the monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, and prepare management reports
- Coordinate system input for the topline rolling forecast.
- Support month-end closing and reconcile data between systems (SAP, HFM, and BPC)
Finance Business Partner
- Review KPIs and analyze the financial performance of assigned channels on a monthly basis
- Provide reliable data and analysis (e.g. ROI analysis) to support decision-making and business growth
- Simulate P&L of proposed activities, including full value chain and financial feasibility assumptions
- Provide ongoing support for management information requests and special projects as assigned
- Ad-hoc projects
Skills and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and financial planning tools (e.g., BPC).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willing to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
