Manager, Sales Dept - Key Account (eCommerce)

Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales target under agreed trade budget in assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in sales strategy and plan, making that meet company’s mission, vision, and long term goals.
  2. Achieve the agreed sales target, and ensure good allocation of expense.
  3. Key account management and trade terms negotiation to maximize brand investment for company.
  4. Build and manage relationships on multiple levels with key stakeholders.
  5. Drive adaptations of company programs among assigned trade partners.
  6. Lead solution development efforts that address the potential channel or sore conflict issues.

Skills and Experience

  1. Integrity and accountability.  
  2. Good interpersonal, communication, and dynamic leadership skills.  A good team player.
  3. Strategic thinking and planning, sensitivity to numbers with business acumen
  4. 3-5 year experience in key account management or above.
  5. Major in sales, marketing or related discipline
  6. Fluent in English both written and verbal/ proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
