Finance and Accounting Executive (1 year contract)

About your role

This is a one year direct contract to support day to day Finance & Accounting duties.

What You'll Do

Accountabilities

• Support daily accounting processes, mainly for Treasury and concur
• Performing intercompany reconciliation, including recharge and billing and netting process
• VAT- in and withholding checking and filing
• Concur operation support, including system suspense and user inquiry
• Ad-hoc projects (e.g. Balance Sheet accounts review, auditor document support)

• 支援日常會計流程，主要涵蓋資金管理（Treasury）及 Concur 系統
• 執行公司間對帳作業，包括費用分攤、帳單處理及淨額結算流程
• 處理進項增值稅（VAT-in）及預扣稅的查核與申報
• Concur 系統操作支援，包括系統暫掛處理及使用者詢問回覆
• 協助臨時專案（例如：資產負債表科目檢視、審計文件支援） 

Main Complexity

• Payment via different bank and system and also need to clear balance with correct method and timely basis
• Recharge to complex IC codes with different supporting and requirement form counterparties

What You need to be successful

• Bachelor or master degree in accounting or Finance related major
• At least one or 2 years in accounting
• Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Proactive, independent, patient, with ability to work under pressure with high degree of accuracy.
• Fluent in English
