About your role
As the Commercial Excellence Director for North Cluster, you will lead the design and execution of a unified commercial strategy across Hong Kong and Taiwan, aligning global priorities with local realities. This role integrates Revenue Growth Management and Customer Centricity to drive profitable growth and strategic customer partnerships. You will oversee executional excellence across Route-to-Market, Perfect Store, and Category Management, ensuring in-store impact and agility. As a key enabler of digital transformation, you will champion data-driven decision-making and scalable commercial capabilities, while building distinct capability clusters to enhance role clarity, stakeholder engagement, and accountability.
What You'll Do
Strategic Commercial Leadership
- Develop and deploy a unified Commercial Excellence roadmap across the cluster, aligning global strategies with local market dynamics.
- Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives, optimizing pricing, pack architecture, trade terms, and promotions to drive profitable growth.
- Integrate Customer Centricity into commercial planning through Joint Business Planning, shopper insights, and innovation strategies.
Executional Excellence & In-Store Impact
- Oversee Route-to-Market (RTM), Perfect Store, and Category Management to ensure consistent, high-quality execution at the point of sale.
- Optimize distributor models and coverage strategies to enhance market responsiveness and cost efficiency.
- Drive in-store visibility, availability, and conversion through executional frameworks like PICOS and shopper-centric merchandising.
Performance Management & Governance
- Lead commercial performance reviews and governance forums to ensure delivery of AOP targets, ROI on trade investments, and continuous improvement.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor field productivity, execution quality, and customer profitability.
Capability Building & Digital Enablement
- Build distinct capability clusters across RGM, Customer Centricity, RTM, and in-store execution to enhance role clarity and accountability.
- Champion digital transformation through tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and NielsenIQ to enable data-driven decision-making and scalable execution.
People Leadership & Change Management
- Coach and develop high-performing teams across markets, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous learning.
- Lead change initiatives to embed new operating models, commercial capabilities, and ways of working across the cluster.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics; MBA preferred
- Deep FMCG experience, with strong exposure to Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales Strategy
- Proven leadership in multi-country or regional roles
- Deep expertise in pricing, trade terms, sales operations, and channel strategy
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SAP, NielsenIQ
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing transformation
- Strong English communication skills in a business environment
- Flexibility to travel
