About your role
As Brand Manager for Brand’s Bird Nest and Innershine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iconic brands and driving innovation for the next generation of consumers. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager, you will lead product management and new product development (NPD) initiatives, with a special focus on engaging Gen Z audiences.

What You'll Do
- Lead brand and product marketing for Brand’s Bird Nest and Innershine, ensuring strong market positioning and consumer engagement.
- Drive new product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic marketing plans and communications to enhance brand equity and achieve business objectives.
- Manage annual marketing budgets, calendars, and holistic communication programs, ensuring effective execution and ROI.
- Oversee campaign planning and execution, P&L management, A&P planning and control, and performance analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop actionable plans and respond to market trends.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, FP&A, Supply Chain Management (SCM), OPE, People & Culture(P&C), Product Development, Regional Team) and external agencies (Creative, Media, Research, Activation).

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within a multinational FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and new product development/launch.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent project management skills, including multi-tasking, implementation, and tracking.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to build relationships and influence across functions.
- High sense of commitment, urgency, and results-driven attitude.
- Fluency in English language.
