POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive & dynamic Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing - eCommerce to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food Taiwan. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing trade marketing campaigns and to support customer development to achieve sales targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support 5P Planning and Implementation:
* Assist in the planning and execution of the 5P strategy.
* Contribute to the development of channel-specific trade plans.

2. Campaign Coordination and Promotion Management:
* Plan and coordinate customized channel campaigns and promotional schemes.
* Utilize shopper insights and trade expertise to optimize resource allocation and campaign effectiveness.

3. Brand Strategy Alignment:
* Assist in aligning brand strategies with customer focus and shopper behavior.
* Support the execution of customer plans and activities to meet sales targets.

4. Sales Analysis and ROI Optimization:
* Apply strong sales analysis skills and a ROI mindset to drive effective sales growth.
* Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.

5. Market Competitiveness and Adaptability:
* Stay attuned to market competition and industry trends.
* Demonstrate agility in adapting to changes to drive business success.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good English proficiency in written and oral
* Strong project management and time management skills.
* Excellent analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable business recommendations.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
* Experience in channel, trade, customer marketing will be advantageous.
