The Opportunity

To help us realise our vision of "Safe and Well Everyone Everyday," we're seeking an experienced and passionate Wellbeing & Injury Management Specialist – Corporate Offices to join our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team.

 

Reporting to the Director Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you will be the subject matter expert leading wellbeing and injury management across Australia and New Zealand while providing dedicated health, safety and wellbeing support across our corporate office environments in Sydney & Auckland CBD’s.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement and continuously improve our wellbeing framework and injury management approach.
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives, programs, communications and capability-building activities.
  • Provide expert advice on injury management, workers' compensation and wellbeing best practice.
  • Partner with leaders and People & Culture teams to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing wellbeing and injury matters.
  • Be the primary point of contact for office-based health, safety & wellbeing support
  • Support with risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action management
  • Drive awareness campaigns, training initiatives and wellbeing programs

What you bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience developing and implementing injury management programs.
  • Experience managing complex workers' compensation and injury management cases
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, wellbeing and injury management legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Qualifications in wellbeing, allied health, occupational health and safety, injury management or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting health and safety within corporate, office-based or multi-site environments.
  • Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to analyse data, identify trends and convert insights into practical action.
  • Knowledge of ergonomic, psychosocial and workplace wellbeing risks.
