The Opportunity
It’s an exciting time to join the Suntory Oceania business as we transition to a multi-beverage organisation. Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager the Vendor Replenishment Planner will support major grocery commercial and supply chain teams to delivery against business objectives and budget.
With a customer focused view, you will support the team in exceeding customer expectations, delivering high standards and driving end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Your core accountabilities will incorporate; business KPI delivery, full customer supply chain management and effective inventory control. To achieve this, you will:
- Own the tactical day-to-day management and reporting of the customer’s supply chain requirements (facilitation of BIS requests, EDI, customer support, RDD, OBSL, SL reporting etc)
- Identify and coordinate service recovery initiatives in instances where customer expectations would otherwise not be met.
- Contribute to achieving KPI targets, including but not limited to DIFOT, OBSL, Palletisation and supply compliance.
- Support the customer business with the delivery of volume, net sales and profit targets.
- Develop relationships and work collaboratively with key cross-functional partners (i.e. Alc Sales, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Logistics, Customer Support. etc) to deliver on channel targets and KPIs.
- Management of ordering & supply into Customer Distribution Centres.
- Ensure alignment of Suntory Oceania forecast with customer demand team.
