VP Brand Development & Value Creation - Asia

This role has regional responsibility for our iconic BOSS coffee brand as well as incubation brands. Supporting our regional Chief Marketing Officer to drive brand development and achieve the business goals across the region. This role will develop and manage brand growth strategies and direction inline with our business objectives, translating strategies into action plans and deploy across teams and business units across Asia. You will also lead, prioritise and control new product development projects, ensuring we have the right resources in place to achieve brand and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:-
- Drive further growth in our BOSS brand via the establishment of the brand vision and priority
- Prioritising the NPD pipeline, defining and leading various NPD projects through to production through the stagegate process
- Regular connection with the various in-scope business units to keep updated on progress
- Support the Head of In-Organic (new value creation) to define projects by applying innovation methods within the defined innovation market
- Accelerate the growth of incubation brand and categories with high growth potential through the development of strategies and NPD
We're looking for an individual with the following experience and skills:-
- Strategic brand management with the ability to diagnose brand and business condition, identify key issues and opportunities
- Ability to articulate and define insights into product concept
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to manage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders from acrossion regions and functions
- Effective project management skills and experience
- People leadership skills and experience to effectively manage, coach and develop individuals
