Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.

The Opportunity:

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of Suntory Oceania in the licensed trade, managing a high-profile territory across:

Palm Beach, Dee Why, Narrabeen, Manly, Cremorne, Willoughby, Belrose, Terrey Hills, Brookvale, Mona Vale, Cromer, and Mosman.

This is a hands-on role where your commercial acumen, relationship management and execution excellence will drive success. You'll grow our iconic portfolio, strengthen customer partnerships, and unlock new opportunities across your territory.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver sales targets and drive revenue growth within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners.
  • Execute in-market activations and promotional activity to a high standard.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Ensure excellent execution standards across all outlets.
  • Manage assets and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Ingredients for success:

Just like your go-to -196 or Canadian Club hits differently when it’s made right, there are a few must-have ingredients we’re looking for in this role. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • FMCG Sales Experience: Proven track record in FMCG sales, ideally with exposure to liquor or the broader beverage category.
  • Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Confident in influencing outcomes and building win-win partnerships.
  • Autonomous Operator: Ability to manage a territory effectively, prioritise workload, and deliver outcomes independently.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Execution Focus: High attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellence in-market.
  • Highly Motivated & Driven: Brings energy, ownership, and accountability to the role.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborates effectively while remaining self-sufficient in territory management.
  • Valid Driver's License: A full driver’s license is essential.
