The Opportunity

As a Shopper Activation Manager, you will lead the development and execution of best-in-class shopper marketing initiatives across Petrol & Convenience and Independent Grocery channels, ensuring our brands win at the point of purchase.

 

This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave, commencing in August.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and embed shopper-led strategies into marketing and commercial plans
  • Champion best-practice activation aligned to brand and shopper occasions
  • Lead activation planning and communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage agency partnerships to maximise in-store visibility and impact
  • Oversee shopper marketing budgets and investment effectiveness
  • Create “always-on” shopper assets, POS, and occasion-based programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimise trade and shopper investment
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A strong track record of success in either marketing or shopper marketing/activation
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills – with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with often competing timeframes
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
