What is the Opportunity?
We’re hiring two Senior Revenue Growth Managers: one dedicated to the Licensed (alcohol) portfolio and one to the Energy and Non-Alcoholic drinks portfolio. These roles are critical to driving commercial growth through strategic pricing, trade investment effectiveness, and portfolio optimization across their respective markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial strategy across pricing, promotions, and mix to maximise growth and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate RGM strategy into planning and execution, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Optimise portfolio performance through trade investment effectiveness, SKU optimisation, and targeted channel strategies.
- Translate insights into action, building confident, data-led recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Lead and represent RGM across key business cycles and processes.
About you:
- Highly skilled commercial professional with FMCG experience
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the confidence to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with market intelligence platforms (e.g., Quantium, Circana, Summit)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, including agency coordination and commercial initiatives.
- Strategic, action-oriented, and commercially aware, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
- Confident, resilient, and able to navigate complexity while building strong internal and external partnerships.
