Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. About the role
This role is pivotal in supporting Suntory’s Commitment to Growth in helping to build capability within our people.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the business and design and deliver programs to address these
- End to end management of the leadership programs
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business to create customised and scalable learning solutions
- Lead instructional design and content development to further our learning landscape
- Facilitate delivery of key programs both virtually and face to face
- Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure our programs are best in class
About you
- Proven experience in a learning and capability role, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Adaptable facilitation style with the ability to tailor to a broad range of stakeholders including senior leadership
- Experience with psychometric tools/personality profiles such as HBDI and 360 feedback
- Ability to work with ambiguity and translate capability needs into practical learning solutions
- Strong facilitation experience and proven experience delivering leadership programs
