This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about driving transformation through strategic finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Strategy & NPD: Lead financial support for portfolio strategy and new product development, influencing resource allocation and performance tracking.
  • Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Drive insights across mid- and long-term brand P&Ls, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Own A&P spend accuracy, educate brand managers, and maintain dashboard reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Champion change, process improvement, and team vision alignment.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and external agencies to deliver commercial excellence.

About you:

  • Finance or Accounting degree, with CA or CPA qualification.
  • Proven experience as a strategic business partner to Sales or Marketing teams, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional analytical capability and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving strategic insights and influencing decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, mentorship, and the ability to inspire and align others to a shared vision.
  • Strong change management skills, with experience leading process improvements and embedding new ways of working.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with solid working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP and BPC systems is highly desirable.
  • Prior exposure to the FMCG industry is preferred, bringing an understanding of the pace, complexity, and consumer dynamics of the sector.

What's in it for you?

  • Grow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  • An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
  • Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
  • We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
