What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for two Senior Business Analysts who will support logistics or manufacturing functions. These roles are critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Business Partnering - Partner with stakeholders in logistics or manufacturing to gather business requirements and translate these into functional and technical specifications
- Collaboration - Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to design, test, and implement solutions.
- SAP Integration - Lead SAP CPI integration projects ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and third party systems
- Gap Analysis - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Documentation - Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, integration maps, and user guides.
- Troubleshooting - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role partnering with logistics or supply chain teams
- Strong SAP technical knowledge including logistics or manufacturing modules
- Ability to build strong with a broad range of stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Familiarity with data mapping, API/web services, and middleware technologies
- Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to provide innovative solutions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in integrations.
