The Opportunity:

As we continue our journey to become a world-leading next-generation beverage company, we're looking for a highly organised, energetic and relationship-focused Sales Support Coordinator to help keep our Licensed (Alcohol) Sales team running at its best

This is far more than an administration role. You'll be at the centre of the business, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Shopper Marketing, Customer Teams and Executive Leadership. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes, enabling our sales teams to focus on what they do best; selling and winning in market.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing order to complexity and enjoy building strong relationships across a business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

As the go-to support partner for our VIC, TAS and SA sales teams (Based in Sydney), you'll be involved in a huge variety of activities, including:

  • Managing busy diaries, schedules and sales team coordination
  • Supporting field sales teams with processes, tools and administration
  • Coordinating meetings, sales cycles, events and leadership forums
  • Working closely with Executive Assistants to support large internal events and functions
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer teams
  • Managing communications and helping ensure information flows effectively across the business
  • Supporting onboarding and induction activities for new team members
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, reporting and sales support documentation
  • Assisting with travel, accommodation, logistics and event coordination
  • Troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions when priorities change

Ingredients for Success:

Just like crafting iconic brands such as Canadian Club, Jim Beam, Maker's Mark and -196, the right ingredients make all the difference. We're looking for someone who brings the perfect blend of organisation, energy, curiosity and personality to keep our sales teams performing at their best.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales support, administration, team coordination, Executive Assistant support or a similar role
  • Is highly organised, responsive and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Builds strong relationships and works effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Is proactive, reliable and comfortable working through ambiguity to find solutions
  • Has excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Is confident managing diaries, schedules and using Outlook
  • Enjoys working with data, reporting and Excel, with Power BI experience a bonus
  • Brings a positive, approachable and easy-going personality that people enjoy working with
  • Is adaptable, resilient and happy to roll up their sleeves to support the team wherever needed

Most importantly, you'll bring great energy, curiosity and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What's in it for you?

  • Grow your career, we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
  • Quarterly product allowance to spend at our staff shop.
  • Generous incentive program available to all of our permanent team members.
  • Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
